PLOT
Burt is an average folk. His life is take care of his farm, a family heirloom, and spend happy and peaceful moments with his wife Molly and their two daughters, Tracy and Uma. But there's something rotten in his little country kingdom. A horror that he will only find out too late, a giant menace called Eye Gnats. They're kind of a mutant variation of a fly that took over Burt family's farm by licking each one of its members, transforming them on more of these horrible giants, putting a sad end to a humble and prosperous country family.
CHARACTERS
Burt is a farm owner from Texas. He is 49 years old. His daily chores in the Temple family's farm goes from cattle breeding to hay* cutting - the farm is a family heirloom, and Burt is the third generation to live on it. Burt is married with beautiful Bolly, her girlfriend from college times, and father of two girls: Tracy, 11 years old, and Uma, 9 years old. It's for their that Burt works with love and dedication all day.
Molly is a humble 45 years old housewife. She is graduated in Veterinary, a skill she only applies on the animals of the family's farm. Her main hobby is cooking. A loving and tender wife and mother, she is loved by the local community and is one of the most actives churchgoers in Brownsville, a small town at Cameron County, Texas.
Tracy is their older child. With 11 years, she is one of the smartest kids in her class. She loves the farm life and want to be a veterinarian, like her mother.
Uma, with only 9 years, is all about fun. She spends most of her time exploring the family property, on the lookout for something interesting.
Eye gnat, is a common designation for several tiny flies from the Hippelates* genre, chloropidae*, which have a habit for licking the corner of the eyes of men and other animals, causing ulcerations and infections. She is the villain of our story: with the size of a pitbull dog, the eye gnat were found by the children and put in the barn.
